We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Network Manager to manage the company’s network of service providers and suppliers. You are responsible for the development and maintenance of the existing & future network of all our different service providers. Together with the Operations Director you develop the company’s vision on the network management of the future.

Responsibilities

• You’re in charge of a small internal team
• Together with your team you manage the current network of service providers and ensure the development of our network by finding new suppliers and negotiating with them
• You monitor the cost and quality of the selected service providers in order to provide the customer with an optimal service
• You are responsible for the improvement of working procedures with service providers and other stakeholders
• You are responsible for continuous improvement of the quality of the service delivered by the providers as well as decrease of costs
• You manage the complaints related to service provider networks
• You ensure the reporting of your department

Required skills

• You have a solid experience as a procurement & network officer/manager
• An open personality, able to negotiate, develop a network and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers
• A structuring and collaborative spirit to get all business representatives all moving in the same direction.
• You are proactive and autonomous
• You guarantee a top quality service, by putting the customers’ needs at first
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French & English and you can express yourself verbally as well as in writing
• You have a master in an economic or financial direction (or equivalent through experience)
