For our Business Line Mobility (Roadside Assistance), we are taking the next strategic step in the Netherlands: building a full-scale operational assistance platform.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Platform Manager who thrives on building, leading and operational excellence.

YOUR ROLE

As Platform Manager, you take full end-to-end responsibility for the setup, scaling and operational management of a new assistance platform in the Netherlands. You combine strategic insight with strong hands-on execution and build high-performing teams.

You report to the Head of Roadside Assistance Northern Europe and work closely with central teams such as Workforce Management, Training, Quality, IT, Commercial and Transformation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform build-up & organisation

- Build the platform from scratch: organisation, processes, infrastructure and operational capabilities

- Recruit, develop and coach Team Leaders

- Create a strong performance-driven and people-oriented culture

Operational management

- Full accountability for operational performance and KPIs (SLA, accessibility, abandoned rate, AHT, NPS, complaints, quality and cost control)

- Analyse results and continuously define and implement improvement actions

- Ensure compliance with procedures, contracts and quality standards

People management

- Lead, evaluate and develop Team Leaders and teams

- Drive performance cycles, development plans and training initiatives

- Foster ownership, engagement and collaboration

Stakeholder & partner management

- Work closely with internal stakeholders

- Represent Europ Assistance towards partners, clients and external stakeholders

- Act as key operational partner for commercial and performance improvement initiatives

Projects & transformation

- Actively contribute to strategic and cross-functional projects

- Support the launch of new contracts, products and processes

- Strong focus on digitalisation, automation and scalability

YOUR PROFILE

- Master’s degree or equivalent experience

- Several years of experience in an operational service or contact centre environment

- Proven experience in building or scaling teams or operational sites

- Strong leadership experience managing Team Leaders

- Solid track record in managing operational KPIs

- Analytical, structured and result-driven mindset

- Affinity with digital tools, automation and operational systems

- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
